  1. What is the process for team orders?

    1. Fill Out the Inquiry Form: It takes just 5 minutes to get started.
    2. Design Collaboration: We’ll contact you to finalize your team’s design, colors, apparel options, and launch date for the team order.
    3. Share the Link: We’ll provide a unique link for your team members to place their orders directly.
    4. Production Time: After the order deadline, allow 2-3 weeks for production (excluding shipping time).

     

  2.  Is there a minimum order?

    • Yes, a minimum order of 20 assorted styles is required to start a team-exclusive order.

     

  3. What designs are available?

    • Choose from our customizable pre-made designs.
    • Use your team logo for a personalized touch.
    • Create a unique and exclusive design for your team—just share your vision, and we’ll bring it to life!

     

  4. What products are available?

    • Short-sleeve T-shirts
    • Long-sleeve T-shirts
    • Full zip-up hoodies
    • Pullovers
      All products come in a variety of colors.

     

  5. What sizes are available?

    • Sizes range from XS, Small, Medium, Large, XL, and 2XL.

  6. What are the prices?
    Our pricing includes the apparel and print customization:

    • Short-Sleeve T-shirts: $20
    • Long-Sleeve T-shirts: $30
    • Full Zip-Up Hoodies: $50
    • Pullovers: $50

     

  7. Is there a discount on team-exclusive orders?

    • Yes! All exclusive group orders receive a 10% discount at checkout.
    • Team coordinators enjoy additional special discounts.

     

  8. How long will it take to receive the orders?

    • Orders are typically ready 2-3 weeks after the order deadline. Shipping time is not included.

     

  9. Is shipping included?

    • Shipping is free for all team-exclusive orders within Canada.
    • For teams based in Calgary, we offer free delivery to your site.

     

  10. Do you accept returns and exchanges?

    • Due to the customized nature of the products, returns and exchanges are not available. However, your satisfaction is guaranteed—please contact us with any concerns or issues.

     

  11. What if the apparel is defective?

    • We thoroughly inspect all products, but if there’s a defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The apparel must be returned in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition. We’ll replace it as quickly as possible.
