- You can choose from our in house design but you can also collaborate with us for any design in mind.

  1. Do you personalize apparel?

- We can personalize the design depending on your profession and even opt to put in your name and proudly represent your unique self.

  1. Do you make non-healthcare designs?

- We design for all from your shirt scrubs to your family shirts, business shirt uniforms, couple shirts and many more. Please fill up the inquiry form and we will connect with you as soon as we can.

  1. What are the sizes and colors available?

-  Our sizing is unisex. Our shirts and hoodies come in different colors. We also offer an array of print colors-this narrow downs the shirt colors because of the contrast. But connect with us and we can collaborate.

  1. Do you take Group Orders?

- The easiest way to save shipping cost is to gather your orders with your team. Shipping fee for all group orders are free within Canada, please refer to the Team Exclusive Order FAQs for more details. A team coordinator also receive freebies and special discount, so what are you waiting for?

  1. What is your exchange and return policy?

- Due to the nature of the customized products, exchanges and returns are not offered. But your satisfaction is our guarantee, please feel free to contact us for any concerns.

  1. What is the cost for shipping?

- We only ship within Canada via Canada post. Rate depends on the weight of the product. Group orders are free shipping.

  1. How long will it take for delivery?

- For single order, it takes 1-2 weeks ARO, shipping time not included.
